Jill Sheppard

Ms. Sheppard is a Barbadian environmentalist who for 11 years directed the Caribbean Conservation Association - a broad-based non-governmental organisation which fostered links between government and NG0s in the region.

Ms. Shepherd's work has had significant impact on the Caribbean environment.
