AQUATEST Workshop: January 5, 2007

Hosted by: Office of International Initiatives and the Center for Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)

The AQUATEST program is a EU-US collaborative project that addresses the need for low-cost water quality diagnostics in the Developing World. AQUATEST is funded through the Sixth European Union Framework Program for Research and Technological Development (FP6): Sustainable Development, Global Change, and Ecosystems.

Please join us for a workshop to discuss the technical, political, and regulatory aspects of developing and distributing diagnostic technologies that are essential for meeting the Millennium Development Goals and for reducing the global burden of waterborne diseases.
